ALL legal and legitimate tour operators in the State of Hawaii MUST be registered with and licensed by the State of Hawaii Public Utilities Commission. This "company" is neither and has been reported to the authorities on numerous occasions. You can see if a company is legal and legitimate by going to the PUC website at www.puc.hawaii.gov
