Louisville is well known for its annual Kentucky Derby and its perennial southern charm.  Visiting the lovely neighborhoods and the city’s main points of interest are the best way to enjoy the city. You can visit Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, or, the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, home of the famous baseball bats. Both kids and adults will enjoy these interactive museums.  

Add a guided tour of the city, experience regional foods at local restaurants, drive through the green Kentucky hills, make a stop to tour the interior of one of the grand homes, or take a leisurely walk in a charming old neighborhood and you have all the makings of an ideal trip.  Fancy hats are optional.
